Oh cool – I also captured one of these recently – didn’t know the name of it though so i simply called it a ‘Damsel Fly’ – they’re so pretty aren’t they? 🙂

Yes they are gorgeous aren’t they; there is also one called the Beautiful Demoiselle which is almost completely blue black, including its wings.
